Are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) per night, exclusive use for the villa for the number of guests stated, and include VAT
Rates are subject to change
Minimum 3 nights' stay applies in Mid season and 7 nights in Peak season
 
Inclusions

Welcome platter on arrival
Complimentary export quality wine from our sister estate, Le Grand Domaine Pantry: stocked with basics including continental breakfast supplies (a grocery list is available to fully stock the pantry/ fridge before as well as during a stay, for guests' own account)
Housekeeping: prior to each stay the villa is thoroughly cleaned to ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene protocols; an extra set of linen is made available as well as cleaning products (housekeeping service during a stay is available at an additional cost should this be required)
Concierge service: available throughout each stay
Unlimited free Wi-Fi
Healing Earth organic bath products
Access to 52-inch curve Apple TV, Netflix and DSTV, portable Bose speakers and a Technics Turntable with a selection of records
State-of-the-art security system

Payment Terms
All payments to be made in SA Rands, free of bank charges.
A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is payable within 7 days of making the booking
If the deposit is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the booking The booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been cleared in our account (usually within 7 days of receipt of deposit)
Balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to your date of arrival
Bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date is required to pay the full non-refundable amount due with the breakage deposit
We reserve the right to ask for full payment on high demand dates
A minimum stay requirement of 3 nights applies to all stays during Low and Mid seasons, and 7 nights during Peak season
A breakage deposit of R5 000 covers any breakages, damage to the property or its contents and any excessive cleaning costs that may be required above the normal daily cleaning. This will be refunded 7 working days after departure
 
Cancellation Terms
All cancellations need to be communicated in writing.
Failure to cancel a reservation more than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date is  deemed as acceptance and all monies received will only be refunded should an alternative tenant be found for the full period. Excludes peak season where no refund will be provided.
A cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of total will be due and forfeited.
No show - the total price will be due.
